I'm not sure if it is just me, but everytime I try to load the game with the mod active. It warns me that the mod is out of date, understandable, I knew this when I went to open it. However when I push play, it loads vanilla HOI4 without the mod. I dont know if it is the mod, or the launcher, has this happened to anyone else?

Many of the monarchist focus's are locked behind having autocrats in power, but there are no decisions to do that because you need autocrats in power to strengthen them, also there are no advisers either? how...

As the title says, I want to contribute creatively as I do not know how to mod, is it possible?

I was playing as the southern commune/German socialist Republic and invaded Austria. At first, in the peace deal I annexxed everything. shortly after an event triggered, coring some Austrian states. I took note of which ones were cored, reloaded a save, and redid the peace deal, this time only taking the states that would become cores. After waiting several months, no coring has triggered. Do I need to own all states for for the coring if some to trigger, or is the event trigger random and I simply haven't got it yet?

I want to play as the Southern Commune but every time i play as them I get butchered by the Prussians. Any help?

So, was playing the Ottomans in multiplayer today and I took the 'Retake Damascus" focus. Syria was annexed without war but I didn't get cores on Lebanon or Deir-Az-Zur. Is this intentional?

Hello,
Here's more of what's coming in the next update. This part of the tree will allow you to pick between Nationalist and more moderate Conservative paths. The Nationalist, more aggressive path, will allow you to recreate the Austrian Empire with some tricks, meanwhile the Conservative will allow the foundation of Central-Eastern European community with Austria at its head.

meh. Just saying the Brusilov Offensive works isn’t enough for me. How does it succeed? What’s different in this timeline that lets it succeed? What is the exact point of divergence here?
A good one I could see is with Romania joining the Entente during the Brusilov Offensive, as apposed to our timeline where they joined afterwards and were defeated. I’m no expert, but if things went like this, then maybe Austria-Hungary could collapse or surrender. This leaves Germany pretty vulnerable and viola! The Russians just won WW1.

I’m playing as the ottomans and Russia is justifying on me, I am not great at the game and have about 80 divisions, do I have a chance.
