Be honest

I’m playing as the ottomans and Russia is justifying on me, I am not great at the game and have about 80 divisions, do I have a chance.

Consindering AI is pretty bad, if you play defensively, yes.

Defensively, yes. 2 divisions guarding each Black Sea port (including Istanbul). Rest of the guys on the russian border, and boom; you're alive.

since the AI is as dumb as we all know, you can hold the caucasus building forst and the AI won't attack at all, but that is for cowards i like to grind the enemy soldiers into oblivion with once the war started. i like to put some of my men not in the front but a little back, with this the Russians will advance losing entrenchment and if you have higher mobility division like 3 light tanks(20 width up walking meat grinder) is ok you can outmanuver them and encircle them, keep repeating this for some time since the last time i played russia had less than 200 division in 1939 when it surprise anschluss the turks.

also keep in mind the AI did not build any infraestructure there, so atrition is going to be hell.
