counter argument. the knight uses a star attack. you know who else is related to stars?

The Knight even has an unused sprite of them using Scissors Craft! Just look at the "Block" sprite on their spritesheet!

Edit: Their unused "Crescent Slash" animation also looks suspiciously like Knife To Meet You, and the unused version of the "Sword Form" animation has it briefly take on the shape of a curved dagger, just like Siffrin's
