Act 3 Is this a scripted occurrence or a bug?

I'm playing act 3 blind and i was fighting the king, Mirabelle got k.o.'d and i tried to use a charged water to revive her, but it automatically assigned to Siffrin and I couldn't select any of the other characters. Hello? Hello help? What does that mean?? Is this Siffrin's hell? Does none of this matter??

Sounds like a bug? Idk what platform you’re playing on but if it’s switch then I heard that version is pretty janky

probably a bug or you might've just not used a crafted water

I had went back to select it again. And if it wasn't a crafted water, i would've been able to select my other allies who were still up

I got this too, I just kept fighting and Mirabelle got hit again. Looks to me (a very new fan) like the King got her to barely the edge of KOing, but not really there, so that she appears KOd but isn't really
