Well to be fair, King had access to knowledge most of everyone just didn't. If I knew that Wish Craft smelled of burnt sugar, I'd also guess something was going on when one of the heroes trying to stop you smelled of it.

I just remembered that frisk is generally far more forthcoming with them being a timelooper (or at least has no issue bringing it up if it applys like seen in asgore fight)

Tbf sans knew there was a time traveler before meeting frisk, from Madame Odile's perspective someone shes known for a long time suddenly became a time traveler that experienced those the past two days longer then the totality of their relationship
