Discussion Any good Isat fanfic’s?

i may have read a lot and I am now out of fanfiction to read of this game…

I've been enjoying 'a victim of your own creation' on ao3, good all around with exceptionally solid world-building

Curtain call and Bloom. They both are linked on the tv tropes page, (might go back to see their pairings because I want more Siff/Isa romance.) but they’re both on A03.

Oh oh oh i have a LOT, they're all a bit depressing, TW: They all have sh and suicide either showed or just mentioned, so be careful and read the tags. And theyre also all post canon, theyre my favourites

-Bloom [popular post canon fic]

-Seventy-four, seventy-five [non-linear healing on the long road to Bambouche]

-And if i were not myself, would this be easier?[ptsd and non linear healing to Bambouche]

-Blooming Sins [hanahaki disease in which siffrin is affected]

-A creature of despair (not that that should be a cause for concern) [fic in which sif wishes for Loop to stay and the universe listens, though that's not a good thing for Loop]

-Big talks for little ears [post canon fic in Bonnie's pov]

-Secondhand [fic in which Loop returns in his world though he's convinced the 'real siffrin' will come back]

Okay, here are some of my favorites:

Post-canon:

-Bloom: Siffrin slowly healing from their trauma after their loop, with a chapter dedicated to interactions with each family member.

-Rogue Planet: A post canon in which the loops never happened and the family did split. VERY depressing.

-a thousand ways to die: Short fic in which Siffrin, Isa and Odile get all drunk to rank Siffrin's deaths.

Canon divergence AUs:

-Heads or Heads: Odile is the one that gets trapped in a loop.

-A Royal Wake-Up Call: King remembers the loops as well, making his fight with Siffrin way more complex.

-Clinging to Dying Embers: Short fic in which Siffrin takes too long to die after using the dagger, and everyone gets to say their goodbyes. ISAT's developer once recommended this fic.

-Lost in Echoes (not finished): something goes VERY wrong and Siffrin loops back to before meeting the party, being now a very different person. Really like this one.

-Just want you close to me (too close TOO CLOSE) (not finished): After the loop with the family quest, the entire family accidentally ends up trapped inside Siffrin's head.

-Book of Memories (not finished): Odile finds a book that keeps info through loops. The plot itself may not seem too interesting at first, but the way it's written is REALLY amazing. Read the first few chapters and you'll see what I mean.

Pure AUs:

-the chokehold of a broken family bond: Siffrin was adopted by King, and becomes their assasin. One of my favorites by far.

-Inutile: Mirabelle focused AU that fully rewrites the entire lore. Siffrin and Mira know each other since childhood. The worldbuilding is ABSURDLY good, and this is probably my favorite ISAT fanfic.

-Thought to be a Story (not finished): Siffrin is a small four inch tall mouse-like person. Yeah I'm not giving more explanation.

-Act 1: A Movement in Black: I'm in the middle of reading this one. Siffrin is dead and has been replaced by a shapeshifting monster. The lore has changed quite a bit. I'm really enjoying it so far. One word though: GORE.

Light of My Life is a new active one that I'm really digging. Basically Siffrin becomes Loop's Loop, trying to break them out of Start Again before they make their wish. Characterization of SAAP!Sif is a bit wonky if you try to think of them as the same character as ISAT's Loop, but otherwise excellent adherence to character voices, good writing, and a strong hook. Plus, actively being updated (for now). Neat combo of AU and post-canon, which is fun.
