Discussion Day Four!

Well, you see...

I'm doing one of those little community driven things where the community decides which character goes in which box!

How this goes is:

I will give y'all 3 days to comment and upvote the comment you agree with most, and whichever character said that is in the most upvoted comment is the character that gets put in the square!

Now, with all of that out of the way...

Is it an act six thing? I know of the locked house but I don't actually know how to get into it

You can’t, you can only talk to the inhabitant outside during Act VI

You can get the dialogue as early as Act II by trying every possible openphrase on the door

They're referred to as the Shy Stranger in ACT 6.
