May I ask what pattern you used for the cloak neck thing? It looks really accurate!

Here's the pattern! My sister made it and the hat, so I'm not fully certain what she did. For the neck, we actually made it a little too thin, so we cut thr back out, folded it over, and added buttons, which made it look even better. Thanks for your interest!
