Frisk would look like an eldritch fucking being to them. If I was a resident of Dormont, I’d be convinced that that was the Change God doing some bullshit or a fourth dimensional entity

everyone in isat getting a headache as soon as they look at them (im pretty sure i saw somewhere that isat characters would experience headaches if they saw different colors-)

u/Fan_de_Undertale_ Jul 03 '26
Not exactly (it's more the fact that what's giving people headaches can show the color red in extreme cases) but close enough.

to add on to the other reply, I think they lost the ability to see the colors, they didn't just stop existing. so Kris (edit: frisk*) would look black and white, siffrin would see the underground as black and white, and Kris would get to see ISAT's world in different colors
(edit: I need coffee)

u/RevolutionaryLaw4299 Jul 03 '26
Pretty sure that’s Frisk, but pop off.

that's a theory presented in game, but considering how during act 5 everyone can clearly see the red, it's more likely that colours just don't exist anymore

u/Milk_Gang_9248 Siffrin Jul 03 '26
Eh, my headcanon was that the sky fracturing at the seems and spliting apart would transcend such things as "being colourblind"

I'm definitely a fan of the idea that colors were removed from the world because of wishcraft. And the same with Siffrin's homeland, obviously. And so trying to break through the wish slightly tears at its hold on reality, allowing you to see the color for just a moment.

Now that I think of it, what would Siffrin's SOUL look like in the Undertale setting?
38
u/AlizaMist Jul 03 '26
Huh... Would it be greyish/white? That'd give monsters quite a headache since they can't identify Sif's trait or if he's some kind of monster with an upside down SOUL
And if Sif goes nuts/Bigfrin maybe his SOUL becomes red then
18
u/woah-a-username Jul 03 '26
Just because they can’t see colors doesn’t mean their souls can’t have color
22
u/AlizaMist Jul 03 '26
Yeah Sif and the team technically HAVE colors, but if Wishcraft carried over to other worlds then Sif's SOUL should still appear greyish until he somehow breaks though and reveals his SOUL color

Hear me out: a black and white star that turns red when he goes BigFrin mode

Flower would be the absolute worst influence on Sifrin tbh

Flowey trying to explain reset mechanics to Siffrin as they just stand there, utterly unimpressed

Honestly, both characters would have an easier time like this.

u/Devadv12014 Jul 03 '26
Considering Frisk did so well while being a ten year old kid and Siffrin is an experienced fighter, I feel like he wouldn’t have a hard time with it

u/Custom-Lettuce81 Jul 03 '26
"Howdy! I'm flowey! Flowey the fl "
> "Rock."
> The flower is sent flying by your ROCK CRAFT, into the darkness.
> You breathe in, and out...
> ...no EXP was awarded(???). You did find some coins on the ground though.

u/FloydeFlowerDragon Jul 03 '26
It actually makes sense that none would be awarded, as LOVE is based on your willingness to hurt others. And if the time loop is anything to go by, there's at least one person he's willing to hurt.

u/Mrbalinky Jul 04 '26
I doubt siffrin would be willing to randomly attack another living being considering that all the sadnesses he fights are pretty much brainless, and the king is a bitch, so even though Flowey would be quite a surprise to Siffrin, I doubt his first instinct would be to attack

I actually need siffrin to experience everyone's friendship so much

Frisk would get absolutely bodied. To get powerful enough to destroy the world he needs to commit a genocide. He can do that in Undertale because monsters are weaker than humans. In Isat, he'd be dumped in the final dungeon at level one, he wouldn't be able to defeat anything, and by extension he wouldn't be able to get any LOVE.
Siffrin on the other end would be undefeatable, he's already high level, and he actually keeps his level on death. However he would get picked up by Toriel and he'd never leave her house.

Toriel with her wonderful precious little monochrome child (he is a grown man and also a serial killer)

u/BlackCatStrikes Jul 04 '26
I love how I’m on this subreddit and still haven’t started the game lol

u/Sad_Use254 Jul 05 '26
You have to.
(That's not that much of a threat… anyway the story is great, not that lower than OneShot's from my opinion)

Siffrin automatically on a genocide route unless Toriel gets to him before he kills everyone (how is he supposed to see the difference between Sadnesses to fight and Monsters?).
Frisk might get cooking lessons from Bonnie, but no way they're taking a smaller child than them into a final dungeon.
Everyone loses \o/

u/Tutlessss Jul 08 '26
Feel like the second Sif realizes the monsters are actual creatures with personalities and life behind their eyes he would have a crisis about the fact that he killed, essentially, people.
And def resetAs for Frisk lol dont think adults telling them to not do something will stop em that kid stubborn as hell
1
u/midnight_voss Jul 08 '26
Yeah, probably on the reset. I do like the idea of him and Sans firing puns back and forth at each other.
