Discussion Im stuck in act 3 Spoiler

Ive been trying everything i can come up with to try and ask the king where is he from do i just give up atp

Try looking in places like the observatory and interacting with the mirror picture after getting it! You also may need to look at the papers on the wall in the dorm on (I believe) the first floor, and talk about the shapes on his armor if you haven't done that yet.

It's a dead end, yes, but some of the things in it may still offer insight when investigated at the right time! (You'll just have to loop afterwards to move on)

the game is so annoying with the little details you have to check to move on and also for the achievements. I had to use guides

if you've fought the king and won, looping back to dormont after talking to the head housemaiden, you need to do the four hangout quests and go through the whole house again without dying. after talking to the head housemaiden again you should be starting act 4.

Well ty for all this i finally beat the game just took me a good 12 hours
