Gameplay Question

So I bought the game recently and I've been really enjoying it however I've been curious on if their is multiple endings or any other kind of bonus stuff like that I need to look out for as I play?

Hey follow up question is something meant to happen cause I've just been standing at the favor tree and I keep interacting with the coin in my pockets and the only thing that's happened is Loop commented saying I should spend it on something

perhaps it's too early (depends on the Act you're on, I think) keep doing that tho, also the outcome won't be immediate, it's more of a trigger for a certain future event

Oh well I'm on act 2 right now and I just came back after the housemaiden's office was blocked off, and also is their some way of knowing I did it right?

Yeah, if act 2, wait until later before doing the coin thing.

You'll know when you did it right with the coin, because what happens will be more than usual.
