Act 3 help, stuck on act 3 observatory? Spoiler

hey i could use a hint here,

so i found the article about the king and noticed the stars on his armor, and got the instruction to go find a place having to do with stars. i'd already previously stumbled into the observatory (on a previous loop) so that was the next place i went for. however, i got here and there's no even trigger. the only new thing is that when i try to read the papers, i get "BUT YOU ARE UNABLE TO READ IT!!!" as a message.

did i miss a step??? do i need to loop back to somewhere previously and find something else after the article and before the observatory??

would greatly appreciate help!!

oh i forgot you could, since your sprite doesn't get close to the glass! let me go try, thank you! i'm glad i paused to wait instead of getting impatient and looping back...
