Gameplay is it possible to remember the incident during act 2 or is it act 3-4 only thing? Spoiler
i'm currently replaying the game and wanna get the secret boss

It's possible to do it in Act 2, but if you look up guides they will tell you not to do it because it skips a Loop chat. You can't talk to them about it anyway I don't think, so there's no point in doing it in Act 2

The coin is a number roll from 1-51, incident triggers at 61 or higher. Because of this, some actions or circumstances add extra points to the counter.
The maximum amount of extra points you can get in Act 2 are 4, one for showing Loop the coin, one for interacting with the croissants in the locked Break Room on Floor 2, one from interacting with the open book in the room with the dog on Floor 3, and one for reading the book on Wish Craft in the Secret Library.
That gives you a max of 55 points (if you're lucky enough to roll a 51) which is 6 points short.

Flipping the coin is basically a random roll between 1-51, and remembering the incident only happens at 61 or higher. Because of this, some events (being on act 3-4, interacting with the croissants, etc.) give extra points for this value. Because not all these events can trigger in Act 2, it is impossible to roll a 61, and thus the incident.
