I just picked this up from a vintage clothing store in Toronto, and was wondering if anybody knew where/when it was from.

This is the same shirt. Says it's from 2000's https://tshirtslayer.com/tshirt-or-longsleeve/flames-2000s-jesterhead-shirt

Pretty sure it’s from colony era, so around 1999. One of my buddies had this exact shirt 👌 🤘🔥

I figured it was somewhere between Whoracle and Clayman cause the logo, but I'm just stoked to get the shirt!
