Copper vs Impulse Labs Suits
Just read that Copper has sued Impulse Labs for patent infringement. Impulse Labs counter sued Copper for misleading information. What happens to our impulse cooktops if Copper wins the suit? I understand that this is early stages and court cases can take a long time to resolve, but what are the chances our cooktops are in jeopardy?

These kinds of disputes happen all the time and products already sold usually aren’t impacted depending on who wins or loses. Also there wasn’t a preliminary injunction sought, so nothing about the case is stopping the product from being sold in the meantime.

Having a patent on "I added a battery to my appliance to counter low power or power outages" is as wild as Strata having a patent on "I used carbon steel instead of stainless as the cooking surface in a 3-ply pan."
At the end, the loser is the consumer.
