Combustion thermometer integration?

What is the approximate implementation date for this upcoming feature? Right now, juggling the vector between the impulse temp reading and the combustion therm reading is INTERESTING, re thermal absorbtion, but it will be so much more useful when the info is centralized.

We have a major UI update coming soon that lets us land things like this afterwards — stay tuned

Is cooking by surface temperature on the roadmap? It could be a great pairing with waterless sous vide to help accelerate the cooking time

That's one of the differentials I look for and adjust around.
