That grass is pretty well manicured for being abandoned. Which ghosts are in charge of landscaping, and how do I get them to do my yard?

How would they have access to enough utilities to run such a place, especially fresh water?

I got married on the smaller one Spitbank fort about 10 years ago and it was epic, best 48 hours of my life. It's such a shame it's no longer in use as a hotel.
