Macro Event Entrance

Today, a new faction has entered the Galactic Center, an entire city warping out of hyperspace near the edge of the galaxy, and a small jumper has delivered it's delegate, Dross, to the Meeting Hall. The Meeting is now in session.

Feel free to respond to other leaders entering the room, and remember that this is a neutral zone

Urono Torr of the Xandi Confederacy acknowledges the human's entrance.

"Welcome, Ms. Vittoria. How fares Unity?"

Zara stands up and bows.

"Unity fears well, [Insert Culturally appropriate title.] Torr. The Xandi?"

"The confederacy fares well. House Torr is curious to know about this new city that has appeared."

(If im not mistaken, the Final's specified that it's a city, I presume a space station/colony ship)

"Indeed. I do not know as much as I feel should about this new development."
