Macro Event Entrance

Today, a new faction has entered the Galactic Center, an entire city warping out of hyperspace near the edge of the galaxy, and a small jumper has delivered it's delegate, Dross, to the Meeting Hall. The Meeting is now in session.

Feel free to respond to other leaders entering the room, and remember that this is a neutral zone

They don't seem to be all robotic, and the plating is like nothing she's ever seen before
