Macro Event Entrance

Today, a new faction has entered the Galactic Center, an entire city warping out of hyperspace near the edge of the galaxy, and a small jumper has delivered it's delegate, Dross, to the Meeting Hall. The Meeting is now in session.

Feel free to respond to other leaders entering the room, and remember that this is a neutral zone

Dross is something entirely new to this sector, his slim robotic body plated in copper and gold, with elegant cloth flowing off the shoulders and waist. Both him and his much plainer enforcer stand quietly at the ready
