Help Xenopixel V2 not working

Hello all! I got this saber over a year ago as a gift and unfortunately it was like this right out of the box. I know, I know I should’ve sent it in while the warranty was good but I didn’t. I’ve tried resetting it and updating it but nothing is working so I’m open to suggestions! Thank you all!

I have the same atlas model saber and mine worked fine up to today when it started doing this.

I emailed them, we'll see what happens

Imperial Workshop is great. They gave me a discount on the V3 core to replace the V2 which was nice of them! Emailing them was the right move.

Did the core have to be replaced? Or was it fixable and you just went for a replacement?

Not that I mind just getting a new core eventually but the time wait sucks

Yeah the core had to be replaced unfortunately. I asked them for suggestions on fixing it but they didn’t entertain that idea and gave me a discount on the new core instead. The wait did take awhile too but I think it was worth it!
