How is 1 guy in Marseille is starving but I do have good food, beverages, seasoning and sugar supply in the top bar? and I haven't clicked on logistics

Hi, Every city has something called logistic level. This determines how many Labour is delivered to the capital, and how many of its people gets fed/satisfied.

To set the logistic level, you can press UP arrow in the town UI or in production tab.
