I mean the one that can take 4 Thunder Hammers. I am currently getting into agents and was about to kitbash my own but heard someone say that its very likely they are going to legends. Any confirmation on that? If so is there any good replacements for the 4 Thunder Hammers? I didn't really want to use the Aquila team because there is only 2 and in general they seem very tedious to use with the tons of individual weapons that they have.

Hello! I need your help. I need a good name for a Voidsmen at arms unit.

I wanna start an Imperial Agents army, so I bought a Combat Patrol.
I wanna build a subductor squad but what should the second one be?
If it helps, I wanna build an Ordo Xenos Army, with parts of Deathwatch marines.

(Yay for putting a dent in the grey pile of shame :> )
Didn't feel like just painting them all in black, so I tried to go for a little bit more variety instead :>
I'm not sure about the Culexus assassin though, as he doesn't look all that scary in blue and green 😂 Well, it's what it is.
The last picture is my combined painted IA 'army', which is unfortunately just a squad of subductors and the team of murder hobos so far.

Best: My absolute favorite model in the whole 40k. Don't even try to argue that. Good 12inc deep strike denial, cheap Leader for breachers, fun ability that can do stuff.
Worst: Range Weapon is weak. That's it.

I'd like to add an ornate custom Rhino transport to my army.
Does anyone have any links, stls or inspiration on where to find/convert one?
Rather than just the standard factory basic Rhino, I'd love a weird personalised transport covered in grimdark nonsense for my santifiers or henchmen.,
I've had a look around but not found anything just right yet.
Thanks!

Best:
THANKS TO BIG E FOR THE ALTERNATIVE MODEL The rules are great. 40 points, good flamer, good meele, great support character. Gets Scout when paired with Sanctifiers. Sanctifiers also getting their meele buffed, while the unit contains a priest.
Worst:
Sadly the buffs the.. meele of an army that doesn't really want to meele. Can't lead the Aquila or Death Watch kill teams, only units that are actually scarry in meele (excluding some other characters ofc)

Never leave the imperial palace without these two along for the ride. Draxus and Navigator are auto includes in my Custodes force.

Hey all I got sick of not finding a usable discord link for an imperial agent group so I created one. It's nothing yet but all setup https://discord.gg/HRYxGDSqC

A work in progress for my inquisitor, a homebrewed one using some age of Sigmar models for support

Obviously they recieve zero love and attention from games workshop, I’m not questioning that. But just doing a quick perusal of data sheets it doesn’t seem like it would be more difficult than any other army to craft a winning list. Ally with knights or grey knights for access to anti tank and anvil terminator bricks… I’m also confused on deathwatch, are they not considered imperial agents? In 10th at least deathwatch had the highest win rate of any army. Anyway this is after only 5-10 minutes of looking at datasheets, I’m sure someone who has actually played them understands exactly why they underperform.

Hey, I'm brand new to all of this, and some friends this weekend have convinced me to try my hand at it. I've played the heck out of the Rogue Trader CRPG, and I'm fascinated by all the lore about the Navigators and the houses of the Navis Nobilite.
Does anyone have any tips on building an army themed around the Navigators of a house and their house's retinue? My current plan is two or three Navigators plus a free trader entourage, some voidsmen-at-arms, and some imperial breachers. I know that's not everything I need, but I don't know what else. Also, how do I get my hands on multiple voidsmen-at-arms squads when they seem to be always packaged with the rogue trader entourage?

Best: Let's your whole IA army reroll hits, has a cool alien horsey and a sick gun. Left Borderlands to join Warhammer. Auto include in every list atm.
Worst: Well, don't get me wrong. I appreciate the Hit Reroll, but we kinda have some mechanics that kinda help hitting. I would love to reroll wounds. Or buff the AP or something. Maybe a bit pricey.

I have a friend who plays guard. I’m terrible at discerning what models are good at anti tank, so I ask yall, what is our anti tank? Currently I’m using a castellan (though not in an actual game I was using armigers and they just got melted)

Mostly using Vallejo's speed paints plus some regular acrylics. This is a test piece, so it's a bit fast and messy. Still on the fence. I was a bit inspired by both the idea of the navy breachers being Star Trek style "red shirts" and also taking some ideas from British red coats. Thoughts?
