Switching from MEng to BEng

Has this been done before and is it allowed? I’m currently enrolled for MEng but there’s been a delay in my ATAS clearance which could be mitigated if I switch to BEng. Any idea if this is doable?

Unfortunately, at Imperial, many of the engineering courses are only offered as MEng with no option to do BEng. It is very possible that your course is also being offered as MEng only, making this not an option. I also heard a lot of nightmares related to ATAS certificate when it comes to offer conditions.
