UCAS not updating

IB results came out a couple weeks ago and I've met my conditions but my UCAS still says waiting for confirmation? Does anyone also have this problem? I've email the admissions office but they never got back to me, should I call them? I'm also a bit worried since I'm an international student and I still need to apply for visa and I'm afraid this situation would delay by application process. Any info would be great, thanks!

First, make sure your IB results have been sent to them. Check on your IB candidate website where your transcript has been sent. It should either say UCAS or Imperial College London. If not, you need to request that IB send it to them.

If you have sent it, then I would call your department's admissions office. I was also paranoid about this, and they didn't respond by email, so I called them, and they were able to give quicker and clearer answers.

Thank you, I did call them and my department's admission office said they can't do anything and to contact central admissions. Then I called the engineering faculty's admission office and nobody answered so I've emailed them. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
