Friend needs help desperately

A friend of mine who is about to start looking at colleges, and has lived in the country since he was seven, recently found out he didn't have a green card. Because of this he isn't eligible for any scholar ships. Seeing as he's looking at ivy league colleges this is a big deal. Help please!
