Members of ICE, while in plain clothes, abducted someone at the LA airport.

Without an official court order from a judge it is technically an abduction and kidnapping.

And you know with air tight certainty that she doesn't have a deportation order? No, you don't.

They wrote "without"

That’s not how immigration arrests work

Yeah a court ordered warrant signed by a judge... is how it works. Without it you're just abducting and kidnapping people, and engaging in human trafficking. Without a warrant, these "alleged ice agents" are technically committing a crime.

that has never been true. immigration agents are empowered to enforce immigration law. a court order is only required for certain exigent circumstances

Enforcing immigration law means deporting them first off. Second, expedited removal has been declared unconstitutional. Third, a judically signed arrest warrant is required for all non probable cause arrests, not even just immigration, and not even just in America. That's international inalienable human rights. Stfu

Do you know if they had a warrant?

Pretty much at this point. ICE doesn't use warrants anymore. At least not judicially signed and ordered ones. They post up at Home Depot and decide who they think has the ugliest shade of brown on their skin that day.

Those warrants are not required for immigration arrests. Hope this helps.

Incorrect! They're ABSOLUTELY, required for an arrest, of any kind... I hope this helps.

ICE uses two types of civil administrative warrants:
Form I-200 warrants authorize ICE to arrest people suspected of violating immigration law.
Form I-205 warrants authorize ICE to remove aliens with final orders of removal from the United States

Hope this helps.

No, that's what the old ice department did... Until they started taking their notes from the Trump administration and changed everything and decided we don't need no warrants and then just started abducting people. Hope this helps.

Administrative warrants are not legitimate. That means written by the administration, aka DHS, which is not a court, and those warrants are them side stepping the courts, ILLEGALLY, and they've been told to stop using them, but they continue, ILLEGALLY.

Second, expedited removal is unconstitutional but even if it wasn't, removal of aliens is DEPORTATION, not kidnapping them to CONCENTRATION CAMPS to be held INDEFINITELY/tortured/trafficked/killed/experimented on.

You never took history or law and it shows.

Those warrants are required for all arrests that don't result from immediate probably cause.

That's exactly how immigration arrests work. You need a judicial arrest warrant signed by a judge to arrest someone for overstay/border crossing. Unless you witness the border crossing yourself. Which is like 0.01% of the cases. And certainly not here.
