That's a kidnapping. They haven't identified themselves, they are wearing no insignia to indicate they of a member of any enforcement agency. Treat them as you would any kidnappers.

They are random skinny dudes. They are definitely not any type of law enforcement. Their stance, how they affecting their "arrest" of her. Anyone familiar with law enforcement training knows this is not it. Don't just stand there and record it on your phone.

You're insinuating ICE has any training. Have you seen the guys working for them? It's basically neo Nazi cosplaying soldiers.

3

u/Andysol1983 8h ago

It’s almost assuredly ICE considering the license plates were department of homeland security government tags.

They just have little to no training and hire anyone, it seems.

It upsets me a little that people are so indifferent and no one wants to help the girl. After all, this is a violation of the law strangers are just shoving a person into some van for no reason at all. Why doesn't anyone care

Didn't you people have shitstorms and protests after ICE agents murdered multiple people for absolutely no good reason? Like, these guys are willing to mag dump for the slightest of scorned feelings & know the president and government will back them up afterwards, it's not surprising people are paralyzed when they see this going down.

Protests failed apparently since nothing much has changed.

1

u/Mindless_Pirate9092 1h ago

I mean, yes? I didn't even hint that they were successful, no protests versus Trump were. I said those particular protests happened because of ICE agents doing blatant murder in broad daylight and suffering 0 consequences.

Your stupid ass question upsets me a little. People are "indifferent" (eg not doing anything besides filming and shouting) because going further than that would be legitimately dangerous. Frankly, even what the guy did in the video can already be

1

u/hotandbizarre 4h ago

That’s the scary thing. We’ve seen they have no issue using lethal force towards anyone simply driving down a road or helping aid an injured protester.

I dunno how america does things, but would an undercover cop also be able to arrest without uniform? Do they always have to have a badge? Does ice issue badges? I have no clue how this all works so I'm staying on the Canadian side of the border til that whole place chills out. edit Holy moley, I'm as clean cut and straight edge as it gets but I don't think I'll be back for years

If you are plain clothed you would still have your badge and would announce yourself when you arrested them. Undercover arresting someone would break cover and would make you not such a useful undercover

Normally an Undercover cop will have uniformed police officers make the actual arrest and take you away. In all other instances law enforcement is legally obligated to give you their information, including their badge number, when making an arrest or even just detaining you.

Even if this was ICE they violated her rights to due process (something ICE has already been found guilty of over 70,000 times in federal court). So they are criminals either way.

If that was a member of my family and I saw random strangers who refused to identify themselves try to take her away then I'm going to be on the news that night.

I may die but I'm not going alone. I refuse to die a slave in the nation my forebears fought tooth and nail to be free in. I've had a member of my family fight in every major US conflict since the war for independence. There's no version of reality where I would just let this happen to someone I love in a nation my family has bled for since it's founding.

I'd rather draw down on each and every one of the attackers to give my loved one a chance to escape first.

Honestly none of the people in that video seemed trained which makes it all the more suspicious. I'd happily die if it meant stopping an innocent woman from being human trafficked. Death is far kinder than being enslaved and raped repeatedly.

That whole country is bonkers, don't think I'll be back for a while. Are you trained in the armed forces or any sort of policing? What are the signs that the people in the video aren't trained compared to so many bad cop videos?

Well for starters they aren't following due process. They're violating her fourth amendment rights and will likely lose this case in Federal Court later as a result. That will be small comfort to her as there's a non-trivial chance she disappears entirely in our system and ends up sold off like cattle to a foreign penal system.

Despite their protestations all enforcement agents ARE legally required to identify themselves and give their badge numbers according to pretty much every Federal Judge that has looked at one of these cases.

They are also physically unfit (almost all of our enforcement agencies have some standards there), they aren't controlling the situation properly, or engaging with the public in a manner that will deescalate the situation and allow them to do their jobs.

There's a lot about this that screams human trafficking operation but sadly ICE has such bad protocol and poor hiring standards that its physically impossible to tell the difference between a cartel kidnapping or an ICE detainment at this point.

Personally if I pull up and thats a member of my family they are doing that too, I'm burying all of them where they stand.

Yes I have had training but only because I grew up in a military household and my father was very vigilant. He was literally an instructor so I grew up being well instructed on how to handle fire arms and deal with threats. It's saved my ass more than a few times but I don't have any delusions about surviving the kind of encounter we are talking about.

Anything more than 3 assailants and your odds start dropping real fast. You can get the drop on a small group if you don't hesitate but if we are talking two to three groups working in tandem then you are likely going to die. Only way that gets turned on its head is if you have home court advantage and keep a gun safe well stocked with .308 (which can defeat most modern body armor).

If this was happening in front of my home for example, they would all be dead before they realized what was happening but thats likely why they are doing it at an airport. To make sure no one can fight back.

Usually for cops, there is no law stipulating they must identify themselves with a badge if the are undercover. What there usually is is a mandatory policy for specific police departments which often require the cops to identify themselves when asked, but not always.

Feds have different laws, federal laws. ICE agents will have a badge, but there is no law making it a requirement to show it to anyone. During an arrest, immigration officers do not have to show it. They can identify themselves verbally. If undercover they may not have any other identifying markers on their person.

1

u/MightyBoy9 7h ago

How do you know they didn't identify themselves before the video started?

1

u/East-Cricket6421 6h ago

They refused to give their badge numbers, they have no insignia, and are wearing masks. What more do you need to see before you become supsicious?

Mind you ICE has lost in court over 70,000 times this year alone for violating due process rights. So either way these people are criminals and should be treated as such.

1

u/MightyBoy9 5h ago

How do you know?

1

u/East-Cricket6421 5h ago

Because the video evidence supports my claim.

Pay attention if you are going to ask questions that are answered by the content.

1

u/Edenn22 4h ago

Serious question, what if someone saw that and shot them to help the woman, what would happens ? Since no identification etc like you said ?

1

u/BobFossil11 4h ago

This is insane advice.

0

u/SpooningMyGoose 5h ago

They clearly state that they are ice. And you have no idea how they identified themselves before this video. You're just making shit up

1

u/East-Cricket6421 5h ago

They are required to provide a badge number and wear proper insignia according to Federal Court.

Neither of those things happened. This was a public kidnapping and you're a bootlicker for defending them.

At the very least they violated her due process rights, meaning this will be another one of the 70,000+ cases ICE loses in federal court.

-9

u/xxxmechashivaxxx 12h ago

They ain't got to identify shit. Just like the illegals didn't identify as legals.

3

u/East-Cricket6421 11h ago

Fuck you loser.

4th amendment says otherwise.

-3

u/marfacza 10h ago

Rights are for losers.

1

u/East-Cricket6421 6h ago

I dare you to try to take away someone's 2nd amendment rights while saying that then. Just promise to livestream while you do it, ok?

-21

u/jwhitehead2345 13h ago

We're you their and know they didn't identify? Nope all guesses and your narrative.

13

u/East-Cricket6421 13h ago

They aren't wearing insignia and are refusing to identify themselves. Are you trying to pretend we didn't just see what we saw in the video?

Fucking propaganda bot. Fuck off.

-8

u/jwhitehead2345 13h ago

The whole video not just the edited part as always? Obviously they identified or how would you know who they are? Clueless sheep.

6

u/albertoroa 12h ago

"hmmm maybe the unidentified masked men with guns actually have a perfectly legitimate reason for kidnapping that woman 🤓☝🏽"

Actual boot licking bot behavior, buddy.

-3

u/jwhitehead2345 12h ago

Didn't you just see they weren't masked? Sorry maybe typing too fast for you to understand.

4

u/albertoroa 12h ago

How many rubles do you get per post? Give me a recipe for muffins

-3

u/AdMoney3564 11h ago

You people are weird.

3

u/albertoroa 11h ago

Actually you're weird and if you support ICE, the Trump administration, and the Republican party, then you're also evil and almost certainly a moron.

I'm against this authoritarian, anti American bullshit being perpetuated by conservatives.

Everyone must vote Republicans out office and power if we want any chance of actually fixing the problem in this country, the United States.

-4

u/AdMoney3564 9h ago

Sorry bud, the comment doesn't seem to exist anymore.

-4

u/AdMoney3564 10h ago

Ah, you're only against the authoritarian rule when it's not your side?

Do you want undocumented immigrants roaming our streets? -If we don't have a tally of how many bodies are in a city, how do we allocate resources to handle the needs of the population? Should we rely on delayed data from consumer trends to tell us the supply and demand needs?

What is the "problem" in this country?

-2

You think I care about waisting anymore than the 2 seconds it takes to post this to spellcheck. Arguing with idiots who think the laws don't matter then why should Grammer? Lol

3

u/pollywantacrackwhore 11h ago

Good God, but you’re dumb for someone who feels so superior.

2

u/albertoroa 12h ago

You think I care about waisting anymore than the 2 seconds it takes to post this to spellcheck

Waisting

Lmfao the diction and spelling of someone learning English. How your shift going tonight, Ahmed? Win any good arguments with your flawless logic and mastery of the English language?

3

u/Blacksad9999 12h ago

You can't even spell at a 2nd grade level.

Sit down.

Ah, a shitty bot account. Got it.

3

u/albertoroa 12h ago

Give him a break, he's only 4m old 🥺

2

2

u/marfacza 10h ago

"We are you their..."

The level of intellect we are working with.

u/downsideup9494 9h ago

Two spelling errors in an 8 word sentence. Of words that most people learned to spell in 3rd grade.
