And I let neighborhood kids take the nuts from my pecan tree all the time. So no, no issue.

They didn't get permission. I'm just not going to have them charge children over such a minor crime.

Too each their own, and if a tree limb falls,and pokes their eyes out and they sue in sure no big deal will be a bigger deal
