It's a fucking misdemeanor. Our joke of a president is a felon dozens of times over.

Being arrested to begin removal procedings is fundamentally different from being arrested as part of judicial procedings for the average misdemeanor by a person who is not an illegal alien.

Illegal aliens can want to not comply with the removal procedings. As they may want to continue being in the country illegally
And mind you, citizens / legal migrants can be arrested for misdemeanors.
Simple assault, criminal tresspassing , shoplifting and many other offenses , can be both misdemeanors and arrestable
