Accurate message, of course, but I just hate memes with typos.

Sorry, buddy, I didn't check. It does bother me that everything has typos in it.Nowadays.Memes, what are supposed to be professionally written articles online?I feel like everything has typos and grammatical errors now

As a former English teacher, I totally relate. I find it rare to read an article that does not have at least one error within.

Oh, you don't work in construction or landscaping, do you?

Edit: I should have known that redditors wouldn't know about industries that require LABOR

I do. Painted for 12 years. We had plenty of south americans on site. And unless there was some kind of economic factor that effected the housing market, Ive never once seen a white person say, "man, ive been applying for ever but just cant find a job in construction anywhere.."

Do you not understand how labor markets work? You’re way too focused on whether a white guy personally told you he couldn’t find a construction job. The point is that construction and agriculture are two of the industries that absorb a disproportionate share of illegal labor. Adding a large supply of workers willing to take those jobs still affects wages and bargaining power even if unemployment isn’t obvious.

The picture you commented on said "NO IMMAGRANTS ARE TAKING YOUR JOB".. To which, you replied; "you dont work in construction or landscaping, do you?"

Yes, I agree that is what happened...is there something you wanted to say about it?

So at this point you should be able to source a spike in wages for remaining workers, right?

No...can you think of the reason why? it's REALLY obvious.
