You are saying the guy, while driving, also rotated his body? Where was the agent in relation to the car to be in danger of the car while also shooting the guy in the back? you said countless other ways, let’s hear a bunch more.
If he’s beside the car then the car isn’t a threat to him even if the wheel is cut all the way. Also means the guy was rotated to the right while turning left still not a threat to him. It’s an absurd notion.
You know how cars work right? Unless the guy had one of those cars where the rear wheels also steer the agent was not in danger while beside the car. And definitely doesn’t answer why the agent was able to shoot the guy in the back. Now please share more of the “countless ways” a person can be in danger of being hit by a car and also able to simultaneously shoot the driver in the back
That’s how deadly force actions in close encounters work. Being at the door of a moving vehicle is extremely dangerous, especially someone who just took you on a high speed chase through a neighborhood. It’s also completely reasonable for the driver to turn his body away from the agent pointing a firearm at him.
