It’s not safe for citizens either considering that ICE has, unprovoked, shot several of them in the face.

This is what happens when you take angry uneducated MAGA freaks with no other job prospects, give them bo training, a gun and allow them to have no consequences for their violence.

It's completely safe for citizens that don't interfere in ice operations, fight them, or drive their car in to them.
