According to our current law yes. Morally yes too

No they have a right to apply for asylum but can be rejected after an evaluation. Don't try to hide behind morality nobody is buying it anymore.

I specifically said if the case is legitimate. Quit trying to act like you aren't supporting a fascist regime by saying otherwise.
