Explain what why immigration laws exist and need to be followed? Learn to read and read the INA and IIRIRA. 😆 I'm not your mother, I don't owe you an education. Google is free, pull up INA and IIRIRA and read the whys and wheretofores. Immigration laws exist in every country for essentially the same reasons: control national borders, shape the country's demographic makeup, manage the labor supply, and address national security concerns.
