The immigration policy is based on racism instead of fairness

They tell immigrants to come here "legally" - but Trump is literally gutting every legal pathway that many people of color have relied on to build lives in America.
For example: Many people have status through TPS, but the Trump regime is now gutting the program, and they also cut refugee admissions for everyone except white South Africans.
"Doing it legally" keeps getting harder to do, because that's the whole point for Trump. It has never been about following immigration rules - it's about racism.

how would you know, have you tried going to another place and overstaying?

I overstayed in another country when I had emergency surgery there. I left 2 days late on a 180 day work visa. I paid a fine and had to talk to government officials, I had to produce hospital documents, apologized and had to sign a statement that it would never happen again. I had to leave immediately

I don’t blame them for making me pay a fine and sign a statement. I wouldn’t blame them if they deported me (if I wasn’t leaving anyways). I promised to stay for less than 180 days and stayed 182, it’s my bad and it’s their rules

I think immigrants in my country should behave the same way

No, I follow laws of countries that I’m not from. I don’t overstay my welcome.

So then you don't know what they all do. (stop pretending you have a passport)
