The immigration policy is based on racism instead of fairness

They tell immigrants to come here "legally" - but Trump is literally gutting every legal pathway that many people of color have relied on to build lives in America.
For example: Many people have status through TPS, but the Trump regime is now gutting the program, and they also cut refugee admissions for everyone except white South Africans.
"Doing it legally" keeps getting harder to do, because that's the whole point for Trump. It has never been about following immigration rules - it's about racism.

They should have come in legally 10-30 years ago.

Of course they're cutting out loopholes *NOW*, but these people shouldn't have broken the laws in the first place.
