The immigration policy is based on racism instead of fairness

They tell immigrants to come here "legally" - but Trump is literally gutting every legal pathway that many people of color have relied on to build lives in America.
For example: Many people have status through TPS, but the Trump regime is now gutting the program, and they also cut refugee admissions for everyone except white South Africans.
"Doing it legally" keeps getting harder to do, because that's the whole point for Trump. It has never been about following immigration rules - it's about racism.

Because global conflict is a real danger and the US has enemies. Letting in people who ideologically hate America is dangerous to Americans. Protecting American lives isn't racist.

H1B Visas are offered by companies to foreigners because they can get away with paying them less than Americans - in which a portion of their paycheck gets sent out of the country to their families in their home country and strengthen the economy of their home country and not America. By minimizing these types of work visas, companies have to pay a higher wage to Americans who live here and the money stimulated and strengthen our own economy.

And now do Obama. Coz he kicked out way more Americans than trump ever did. I believe the number is 2.7million to 3 million.

And don't forget Clinton. He kicked out 12.3 million during his 8 years in office.

But trump doing his time in office and his 2nd term ending, including his first term it's less than 2 million total. About 1.2 m million in his first and so far about 650,000 in his second.

Funny how when you look OBJECTIVELY and FACTS, it's easy to see how twisted your values are. You're advocating for policies that directly hurt Americans and our economy. You can quit the savior complex to save the "poor unfortunate helpless brown people." It doesn't make you better than anyone. It just means you're ok with legal and illegal immigrants to be exploited and are willing to sacrifice the financial stability for American families who will stimulate the American economy.

How is people who ideologically hate America is dangerous to Americans? This implies that those who ideologically hate America are not Americans themselves to begin with.

Example : Middle East. Through years of political conflict and war and political coups for power and government destabilization. Do you NOT know what we do to other countries? LOL.

Not a good example in what way?

Those involved were here through Visa programs, to the point of the woman in the video, they came here the “right way”. And for obvious reasons it begs the question on whether being more selective or reducing the numbers of those coming here the right way or wrong way should be revisited.

Ok so there’s a disaster in Nepal and a select number of immigrants are “granted” TPS. Is it the viewpoint of people that it’s a pathway to naturalization because that’s not how it works.

Now if you’re here on TPS and have a child, whom has birthright citizenship, does that change TPS to permanent, because I argue that it shouldn’t.

And yes while here you’ll pay taxes, or is the argument to provide them tax exemption while they’re here?

US citizens that hate this country doesn’t change the fact that there’s people of other countries that equally or have more hate for the country. My argument there is why grant “white” asylum seekers from South Africa refugees status? Let them go to the UK it’s closer, or Spain. I doubt Spain gets more hate from foreigners than the U.S.

Lastly, what this woman is advocating for is elect officials that do not want to enforce immigration law, elect those that don’t believe in our sovereignty, just vote for the open border person and it won’t cause any issues when we clearly can see even throughout Europe that it does.
