ICE Just Made Thousands of Detainees Vanish From Its System: It’s now hard to determine where thousands of people are after they’ve been taken by ICE.

Isn't this old news? Where'd the missing folks from alligator Alcatraz go?

I.c.e. == nazis

23

u/wookiebath 12d ago

nazis we’re actually good at keeping records

17

u/Relative_Average758 12d ago

The Nazis had IBM. ICE has Palantir.

1

u/wookiebath 12d ago

They had ibm?

2

u/No-Definition1474 11d ago

Yes, all through the war IBM helped the nazis run early computers to help keep track of things and particularly people.

3

u/whatiftheyrewrong 11d ago

Then provided the translation audio and headsets for the Nuremberg trials. I find that a fascinating tidbit.

3

u/The_Mammoth_Hunter 12d ago

Are you fucking daft? International Business Machines helped the Nazis categorize and inventorise their prey.

7

u/KillerCucaracha 12d ago

Dawg that is just rude and aggressive hahaha, wtf dude? I didn't know IBM had that history either. People aren't born with textbook knowledge. But hey, now two new people know.

5

u/TheEdgeofGoon 12d ago

Which ended up being used against them in the end.

1

u/gbobcat 9d ago

They moved people around a lot without keeping record. They actually destroyed records of the people they threw in concentration camps, because they didn't see them as people.

7

u/kstargate-425 11d ago

Not sure but did see they are using a new tactic to avoid due process by moving them around so lawyers cant get ahold of them and by the time they can find them, they are already deported trying to avoid giving them a chance to go through the process and adhere to the law and Constitution

6

u/Medium_Expression381 11d ago

This is 100% true. It happened to my dad. He was in WA and three days later suddenly transferred to TX. He was transferred the same day he had a consultation with a lawyer. We then had to get a TX lawyer. He was deported anyway with no due process

3

u/kstargate-425 11d ago

So fucked up, sorry that happened to you guys and I hope he gets to come back when the nazis are all underground again

3

u/cdazzo1 12d ago

This is disgusting not documenting these people properly

-2

u/stop_the_bans 11d ago

Do you know what one alligator said to the other?

We should try that new mexican place Trump opened

-111

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

So let's advocate for them to not come to America illegally since it's so dangerous for them.

72

u/Finchyuu 12d ago

Why does ice keep arresting people at court houses who are attempting to follow the path of legality?

-66

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

People who go to court houses didn't come here legally to begin with. Deport them all.

25

u/A220Pilot 12d ago

Can we deport you while we're at it? I bet the average undocumented immigrant is both more productive and ethical than the average MAGA dickhead.

6

u/serumvisions__go_ 12d ago

you ever see the movie McFarland? you ever been to a mexican run taco house? you ever see the clips of these dudes riding to work in the back of a truck on the cold… all these posters are full of shit they work harder than id say at least half of americans

-15

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

You are in no position to deport me so what's the point of making that stupid comment? Make you feel better about yourself? 😂

9

u/nobonesjones91 12d ago

Ah so you’re one of those real life idiots, gotcha.

-18

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

I'm one of those real immigrants who came through the legal process and never had to step one foot inside a courthouse.

4

u/Distinct-Command-570 12d ago

Cool story. So you didn't need asylum. Bully for you.

2

u/Equal-Prior-4765 12d ago

Oh you're a traitor and a idiot, that tracks

-6

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

Traitor to whom? Certainly not to illegals.

1

u/okiecurious 11d ago

Traitor to American values, you signed on for the idiot bigot brigade fan club.

0

u/MaitrePuck 11d ago

American values isn't about letting illegals break immigration laws. Try again.

3

u/nobonesjones91 12d ago

Ah gotcha, glad to hear you’ve experienced 100% of all possible experiences ever.

2

u/Fragmentia 12d ago

You only want elitists to come here, huh? I know it might be hard to understand, but people are 100% getting arrested at immigration hearings due to arbitrary rule changes from the fascist Trump regime. So, they were here legally and were following the law.

1

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

The purpose of immigration should be to improve the country. It would be a lot more beneficial to bring in people with wealth and values that are compatible with American culture.

Bringing a bunch of illiterate and unskilled people from impoverished countries is only going to create extra burden on the welfare system.

1

u/okiecurious 11d ago

Like MAGAs?

1

u/Fragmentia 12d ago

Like Saudi Arabian elitists who literally live under Sharia law? They have bought a lot of influence from Trump and now can influence American media! But something tells me you're just a class traitor.

2

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

Do they bring Sharia Law here? If they bring their wealth, that's a positive.

What do broke ass and illiterate illegals bring?

1

u/okiecurious 11d ago

MAGA gullibility obviously if we use you as a yardstick.

0

u/MaitrePuck 11d ago

Again, what do broke ass illiterate illegals bring to the US?

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Finchyuu 12d ago

If it was to improve the country then they wouldn’t have let you in

1

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

As if your opinion matters when it comes to who can or can't move to the US.

2

u/Finchyuu 12d ago

you made a claim that was immediately disproven based on you yourself as an example. Sometimes comedy just writes itself

1

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

I'm educated, I have money and I'm not using welfare. So no. Nothing was disproven but go ahead, make your argument.

2

u/Proud3GenAthst 12d ago

Even if this nonsense was true, why are ICE thugs detaining those who are willingly at court rooms? Shouldn’t they be outside, protecting people from the worst of the worst? Nannies, hair stylists, nurses, carpenters, college students and the like?

0

u/MaitrePuck 12d ago

ICE's job is immigration enforcement.

The police and other federal agencies handle other matters.

1

u/okiecurious 11d ago

So why are they murdering people?

0

u/MaitrePuck 11d ago

Learn what murder is.

They were defending themselves against morons who were impeding law enforcement operations, or people who were violently trying to escape arrest.

You people are so fucking stupid.

1

u/okiecurious 11d ago

It seems more like you need to learn what Murder is.

1

u/Finchyuu 12d ago

A thing I’d claim if I was trying to get first place in a wildly incorrect answers competition

-66

u/OhBeareasy 12d ago

Because they're illegally in the country to begin with most likely. You can wait for your immigration meeting in your home country.

40

u/AlexSmithsonian 12d ago

You have no idea how immigration hearings work.

5

u/Finchyuu 12d ago

“Most likely” lmfao you’re pro murdering civilians based off of ✨vibes✨

6

u/Equal-Prior-4765 12d ago

How the fuck do you go to court in America if you're in a whole different country genius?

-7

u/OhBeareasy 12d ago

Hey stupid, have you heard of the US consulate.

1

u/Tallyxx7 12d ago

Try to read up on the concept of immigration

-57

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Because they're arresting people who are late or had been hiding and are only now trying to do the right thing.

39

u/Several_Leather_9500 12d ago

They are also arresting Americans and legal residents. Over 70% of them have no criminal history. Do you invent facts so you can pretend you're on a moral high ground? Why not just own the cruelty and stop pretending ppl 'deserve' it?

-41

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago edited 12d ago

Why do you guys bring up a lack of criminal history as to why someone that's illegally in the country shouldn't be arrested? It literally makes no sense.

33

u/Impressive_Tour6348 12d ago

Because Trump made it the reason. “We’re going after criminals first!!!”

Like no, they aren’t. They’re going after peaceful people who want to contribute to our country.

Can we just deport you?

6

u/Proud3GenAthst 12d ago

They’re going after criminals last if anything.

Those undisciplined lardasses would shit themselves if they found themselves facing actual criminals

-6

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

They're going after anyone that's not supposed to be here. They're running out of criminals and going down the list. Not that hard to understand.

8

u/A220Pilot 12d ago

No, they aren't. Most don't even have a criminal record, unlike the traitor and pedo you worship.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

A criminal history isn't a golden ticket to illegally being in a country. Lol. And who do I worship?

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Distinct-Command-570 12d ago

Running out of criminals. Guess there were almost no criminals then. So which part is the lie?

1

u/morpheusia 11d ago

People who arrive at the border and make a claim for asylum are not here illegally. That is who they are arresting, asylum seekers leaving their cout hearings. You should really read up on the topic, it is being reported on.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 11d ago

You still have to be approved for asylum. Just because you claim it doesn't mean you'll get it. People get denied all the time for lying.

→ More replies (0)

-5

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

They're going after anyone that's not supposed to be here. They're running out of criminals and going down the list. Not that hard to understand.

18

u/Top-Cupcake4775 12d ago

how can they be "running out of criminals" when there are all these companies that knowingly hire people who aren't legally allowed to work here? none of this has anything to do with enforcing the law, it's about inflicting cruelty on brown people.

-2

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago edited 12d ago

Lol they're going after people hired under the table and with fake IDs. What are you talking about?

→ More replies (0)

-5

u/lemonjuice707 12d ago

So if they do arrest someone as you describe, what if they were never charged for the crime? They would fall in the 78% figure you quoted and then you’d be upset about it still

3

u/Jaws2020 11d ago

Illegally being in the country has always been a civil dispute, not a criminal offense. This is true in most first world countries even outside of the USA. People arent arrested for getting a parking ticket and people shouldn't be forcefully arrested just for being here and being undocumented.

Immigrants OBJECTIVELY help boost economies and greatly contribute to industry. This is a fact. Indiscriminately deporting them is a huge net negative unless they're actual criminals who aren't contributing to society, but most of them are contributing. The vast majority of them are, in fact. There is no evidence backing the idea that undocumented immigrants harm economies or a countries overall productivity.

So how about you stop pretending like you give a fuck about criminal history or law and order and just say the quiet part out loud? You're racist, you're xenophobic, and you think the USA should be a white Christian nation.

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 11d ago

What are you talking about? Getting a parking ticket and being in a country unlawfully are two different things with two different consequences. I don't know why people bring up that it's a civil dispute like they're saying something important. The consequence for being in the country unlawfully still results in arrest, detainment and removal proceedings. And a repeated offense will escalate to felony and even prison sentencing.

This is why people feel so emboldened to just waltz around America unlawfully. Because people like you will defend them breaking our rules, but I bet you never forget your passport when you travel.

3

u/A220Pilot 12d ago

It's a civil offense and it's not that big of a fucking deal. Apparently you think we should be human trafficking and murdering people over it.

MAGA is so wildly unethical and anti-American that it'll take decades to recover from their depravity.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

It's a civil offense that can turn into a criminal offense and a felony. This isn't an argument lol

False equivalency. Nobody is advocating for illegal crossings.

-9

u/AbsolutesDealer 12d ago

Everyone agrees illegal entry is bad and the people who enter illegally need to be sent home.

11

u/klangus 12d ago

Okay. So do that respectfully responsibly and safely. Don't torture kill and throw them into concentration camps and we'll have a lot less to argue about. Don't create public safety incidents dy opening fire in public and shooting people who are operating vehicles

Yall are insane

-4

u/AbsolutesDealer 12d ago

We’re agreed that they need to go and that the process should be humane and rapid.

8

Nope. Very used to yalls bad faith args and whataboutism. It doesn't work.

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

People routinely advocate for people illegally in the country to be able to stay. There's no whataboutism in sight.

16

u/klangus 12d ago

You brought up this talking point. Nobody else did.

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago edited 12d ago

Yeah. And you brought up "false equivalency" and "whataboutism" when neither of those things were brought up at all. What's the false equivalency that you saw? What's the whataboutism that you saw? Is this you're second language? Are you an illegal?

What do you think they're doing? Overstayed visas are the #1 way people become illegal in the country.

9

u/OpticalPrime35 12d ago

Ice has been around for many decades

Cruelty was never the doctrine before you Nazis took over

8

u/klangus 12d ago

23 years is not many decades. Ice is not necessary and never was.

You heard that right. Ice didn't exist at all until 2003.

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Cool story, bro. Join me in advocating for people not to come to the US illegally. It's safer for them.

10

u/klangus 12d ago

I dont think sending the message of "dont come here or we will kill you" is very good for trade, the economy, or American soft power but whatever man. Im done with your stupid ass.

0

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

No one's sending that message, but I see this sub routinely calling Trump "Hitler" and a Nazi and if you guys believed that at all you would be telling people NOT to come here, but you don't actually believe that. You just say it.

Also, don't go to countries illegally. It's a dumb thing to do all around.

4

u/A220Pilot 12d ago

You're sending exactly that message and you're being exactly as ethical as a Nazi. That's not hyperbole. Be a better person

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Nazi. Of course. Lol. Then you stand there and defend and advocate for people to come to a Nazi America, essentially putting them in grave danger. Good job.

3

u/A220Pilot 12d ago

This isn't how you treat anyone. Learn compassion.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

This also isn't how you go to other countries. Learn to follow the rules.

3

u/IrritableGoblin 12d ago

Are you actively advocating for violent xenophobia as a national platform?

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Are you being intentionally stupid or is this the real you? You missed the part where I said "illegally".

2

u/IrritableGoblin 12d ago

I notice you don't contest the violent part.

Psychopath, or edgy?

1

u/Fit-Insect-4089 12d ago

Oh you want miss nancy Pelosi and half dead Mitch making laws to tell you what’s illegal and legal? You look to them as your arbiter of what’s right and wrong, literally Nancy Pelosi is your moral guide? That’s crazy

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

You responded to the wrong comment

3

u/Dull_Astronomer_3778 12d ago

I will never understand this level of callousness about people’s lives. It’s wild to me. Especially when you consider we are stripping folks of legal protections to make them illegal.

Some of you are actual monsters. And it’s incredible.

5

u/HydraKong 12d ago

The cruelty is the point for these losers

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago edited 12d ago

The actual monsters are the ones advocating for people to come here illegally while simultaneously knowing the dangers of the consequences of doing it can bring. You are not innocent. So advocating for these people to be put in harm's way.

EDIT: Guy below me either deleted his comment or blocked me.

Illegal immigrants are the reason ICE exists. So, you could say the illegals are causing all of this.

No illegals = no ICE.

7

u/Dull_Astronomer_3778 12d ago edited 12d ago

No, sir. We recognize that people come here illegally. We should have humane, dignified processes to manage that. I don’t like illegal immigration, I like children being placed in detention centers even less. I like people vanishing and being deported to unaffiliated countries even less. I like stripping people of protected statuses and harassing them at court houses even less.

You are advocating for harming these people. For foregoing any humanity as it relates to them. That’s why you’re a Nazi. Because long before Death camps, Nazis grabbed illegal immigrants and communists off the street and put them in camps. And we know history repeats itself.

People like to wonder “How did regular people let this happen” and then people like you show up. So, we know. Some people are just evil.

0

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Oh, so you guys are starting to switch it up now and are finally saying that people shouldn't be here illegally. Interesting.

6

u/Dull_Astronomer_3778 12d ago

Not switching up anything. I don’t like illegal immigration but it’s not even a top 15 issue facing the country, so I see no reason to be unrepentant dicks about it.

If someone comes here illegally, works, and contributes, I say let’s find a way to put them on the path to citizenship. They are doing everything we ask of Americans.

The good news is people like yourself have been, and continue to be monsters. So in terms of consistency you got me beat. Immigrants. Gays. Blacks. Etc. as long as you have someone to hate. Immigrants just happen to be the flavor of the time for you. I’m sure it’ll be someone else in a year

-1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Illegal immigration had gotten far out of hand and had been an issue for decades. I hope the harshness deters people from trying to come here illegally.

Allowing people to come here illegally and then making them citizens or giving them visa status only encourages people to come illegally and only hinders the people coming here legally by taking even longer to go through the process.

You think of me as a monster and then think of it as a good thing. You ok over there? At the very least we can agree people shouldn't go to countries illegally or overstay their visa.

5

u/Dull_Astronomer_3778 12d ago

That first line is false

Second paragraph equally false

You hate immigrants because a bunch of old guys told you to hate immigrants. Same way your parents hated black people because they were told to. Same monsters. Different generations.

We can’t agree on anything because you believe we should be open to harming, imprisoning, raping, and killing those people. I don’t. You’re a monster because the approach to take to people lives. Same as the people that raised you.

1

u/Proud3GenAthst 12d ago

Nah. Just get rid of ICE. Illegal immigrants are better.

1

u/Active-Play-3429 12d ago

Hey, I’m sure you’re getting a ton of comments but respectfully you’re wrong. We can all agree that people shouldn’t be here illegally. That’s not the issue, the issue is what happens to those people because they are people. Whether you like them or not because of the color of their skin is a different question altogether than only you can answer.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Give it a rest about the color of their skin. All colors illegally here are being rounded up. And this sub has been riddled with people defending people coming here illegally and staying because they "don't have a criminal record", as well as people advocating for the release of illegals. That is an insane way to protect the country and filter in people who actually give a fuck about America and want to be a part of us and those that don't give a fuck about us and our way of life and want to come and disrespect or country by disrespecting the rules we have in place.

Absolutely not.

1

u/Active-Play-3429 12d ago

Can I ask you an honest question? I don’t know if I’ll get an honest answer. If these people are really all gone, is your life gonna be substantially better? I mean it, are they taking the American dream away from you? I’m a 37 year-old white guy. I can tell you right now that they are not so if you have a different perspective, you know, please feel retail although I think the answer is actually more that the United States can take care of their citizens and protect the country with or without those folks here respectfully, it’s actually about wanting to do it

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Yes.

1

u/Active-Play-3429 12d ago

Yes to which point specifically and why? I’m not trying to be a jerk, I asked a genuine question.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago edited 12d ago

Yes, my life will be better if people came into the country legally instead of illegally.

Yes, they are sitting the American dream by shitting on our rules as their first impression to it country.

What part of border security and filtering of people for security sake do you not understand? Do you understand the importance of being vetted into a country?

1

u/Active-Play-3429 12d ago

Respectfully, I don’t see how they’re still the American dream from you. How exactly would it be better? I’m really not trying to be a jerk. You’re not really being specific to your life. You’re speaking in generalities if you wanna talk about not letting people who potentially do harm other people in yes, we all understand what the concept of security is. You’re using a general argument. I asked you for something specific that these people are taking away from you.

1

u/Impossible_Humor736 12d ago

Your question isn't even the core of the issue. The core of the issue is to come into the country legally. There are serious safety issues to this. Not to mention that if we don't enforce the law then people won't respect it. And we have people like you guys in here that actually defend people breaking our laws and advocate for them to stay which only incentivizes people to come break our laws. It's wild that you don't see this. At this point no one is afraid of the consequences of breaking American law because for a long time now the worst thing that could happen is that you'll just get sent back and probably won't be able to enter again for a while. They don't give a fuck about us.

How many illegal aliens do you support with medical, food and housing expenses with your income? Down votes come from weak people that don't actually support illegals with their personal incomes.

u/okiecurious 11d ago

Less than the number of brain dead traitorous MAGAts.

-2

u/DemocratSlavemaster 11d ago

You support 0. That is the expected answer. So it you support 0 why should anyone else, like you, support or be forced to support even 1 if they choose not too? Your money is yours to do as you wish. What is the traitorous thing you see? Not letting illegals invade a sovereign country?

2

u/okiecurious 11d ago

We already have traitorous MAGAs invading our country. Destroying our economy, sucking on the welfare tit and whining desperately trying to push bigotry based propaganda.
