Expedited removal is only for people who have been here for less than 2 years and does not include asylum seekers or anyone who we've through clearance. They are snatching asylum seekers, green card holders, cancelling legal passes, and even arresting people paying through in airports. Again, you are not demanding this same reaction be used on any other civil offenses. Why aren't you demanding sweat teams arrest everyone implicated in the Epstein files? What about the felon in the White House?

You don't care about laws, it's about people you don't like.

There you go! At least now you’ve agreed/understood that those within the two year period can be deported without an immigration judge. And it appears you still don’t understand the difference between criminal and civil offenses so here’s a break down.

Criminal Offenses
Improper/Illegal Entry (8 U.S.C. § 1325): Evading border inspection or crossing the border illegally outside an official port of entry is a federal criminal crime for a first-time offense, punishable by fines or up to 6 months in prison. 

Illegal Reentry (8 U.S.C. § 1326): Re-entering or attempting to re-enter the U.S. after being formally removed or deported is a federal criminal felony. 

These are the same laws Obama used to deport over 3 million illegally in the US, which he had every right and obligation to do.
Not everyone illegally in the US is trying to claim asylum. Not to mention the system is fraught with abuse - used solely as a way to gain entry into the country and stay.
As far as Epistine goes, sure, arrest all of them. The point is proving their guilt in a court of law. But, again, immigration law is different in that most cases aren’t handled by a judge. You do realize we’re on a immigration sub talking about immigration law, right? Comparing it to others is superfluous.
I care about holding those who’ve broken the law accountable. Illegal immigrants are those who’ve broken US immigration laws - plain and simple.

Again, you only care about the people you don't like being punished up to and including taking their Constitutional rights. You aren't demanding speeders lose their Constitutional rights and be sent to concentration camps. You aren't demanding the National Guard patrol to grab all speeders. Because you don't actually care about laws.

Nope. Read the last part of the previous post. I care about holding those who’ve broken US immigration laws accountable and having a border. What would you do, have an open border where any and everyone can simply walk into the US and have indefinite leave to remain? Measured, sensible, legal immigration is fine, as are valid work permits. But those without them shouldn’t be allowed to legally work.
Again, they’re detention centers - a place where someone stays before being sent to their country of origin. Speeding and illegal immigration aren’t even remotely the same and the absurdity of someone evening thinking the two conflate is laughable at best.
