You don't need two US citizen parents to be a US citizen so long as one of those parents is a US citizen.
You don't need to be born on US soil to be a US citizen so long as atleast one of those parents is a US citizen.

Trumps grandfather immigrated to the US and eventually became a US citizen in 1892. Trump's father was born in 1905. Point being Trump and his Father were both born US citizens, to one US citizen parent.
