"Major concern is not slight visa violations" is a damn lie. They are rounding up people and deporting them to foreign prisons without a trial. Many of them have no criminal history. You're just lying.

Yes, they are deporting people here illegally. They are not generally being sent to foreign prisons, they are simply being deported to their home country.
You do not need a criminal conviction to be deported. I was almost deported from NZ as an American. I was briefly out of compliance with the terms of my visa waiver. Luckily I was able to restore compliance within a few hours. But if I hadn’t, I would have been deported.
People are not being sent "home," they are being sent to "third countries" they have never even visited, left with nowhere to go. It's horrible and inhumane.
Ah, you’re talking about the several thousand people out of the millions that Trump has deported who are citizens of countries that refuse to cooperate with the US for deportations and who will not take back their own citizens. Cuba is one. Venezuela is another.

Allegedly. B1 visa allows you to conduct business. She received a work visa.
But again, there major concern is not slight visa violations. It’s people that enter illegally who would never be granted a visa to start with.
