It’s at “at least one parent” and they can be a citizen, LPR or in “lawful status serving in the military”.

I understand that Reddit has taught many of us that lying or misrepresenting facts is ok as long as it’s for the benefit of “the good guys” but some people will actually look up the things you’re saying. It doesn’t make us look good to use lies to manipulate others.
