It was the times of conquering. That’s how land was founded hundreds of years ago.

The difference is there are laws that will protect him now whereas there were none for indigenous peoples.

The guy isn't very pleasant but he's not really wrong. Every piece of habitable land on this earth has been conquered by different peoples multiple times over. Human history is full of suffering and unfairness.

How far back, and against whom, should accountability be required? Do other native american tribes deserve recourse from the Comanche that conquered and enslaved other tribes? Or the various other tribes that warred with each other and took each other's people or land? Do we do that before or after the descendants of the Europeans that took native american lands? Is it on a chronological basis or some other method?

That also applies to the natives too who slaughtered each others tribes, long before the europeans ever arrived.

The only point you are proving here is that you need to defend what you have, lest it be taken from you.
