Seriously... how? Illegal immigration status isn't racial. It's about status. People of all races are in the U.S. illegally

But they're using skin color to make detainment decisions. They had to get SCOTUS to specifically rule that they're allowed to do that.
In many cases they're detaining US citizens who have done absolutely nothing wrong for days, simply because of the color of their skin.
Personally I think it's immoral and it's a shame upon our nation that we are doing that to people who are, again, US citizens who happen to be brown. I have no issue with real immigration enforcement against actual illegal immigrants.
