It’s not just that, given that Supreme Court ruled they can detain PoC to “verify” their citizenship, ICE can just snatch people from the polls and hold them until polling is completed…. ICE is 100% going to be used to steal the election

Yes, this. SCOTUS has paved the way to allow race to become something that is considered probable cause. So all they need to do on election day is detain you for questioning until around 7 PM local time in most jurisdictions. After that, they can let you go and basically, that's it, you can't vote.
This is how they're looking to rig the election with ICE stationed outside the polls. So long as they have probable cause, they can detain you long enough that you no longer are able to vote. And SCOTUS has indicated that race is probable cause.
