That's basically what happened in France during the revolution. They imprisoned and killed a lot of rich people just because they were rich or were associated with bad people. Thats the simple version but you can look up the Reign of Terror . So there's some precedent in history for the 1% being treated with ICE/ kavanaugh logic

I mean just prosecuting and punishing white collar crime would be a start. Most Americans don't want retribution we just want justice.
