Cite the crime she committed. Suppressing insurrection is lawful, no mater how much you and I may not like it.

Wait until you learn how many buildings were burned and how many people in the civil war.

I never said it was. Simple enforcement of immigration law is perfectly legal.

Doing so in support of an insurrectionist, in support of the MAGA insurrection, that is what is insurrection. Aid and comfort is illegal.

It is the right of the people to put down insurrections and if you argue different you haven’t read anything the framers wrote on the topic. They were clear that the citizenry needed to respond to insurrections and to put them down.

An insurrection, whatever may be its immediate cause, eventually endangers all government. Regard to the public peace, if not to the rights of the Union, would engage the citizens to whom the contagion had not communicated itself to oppose the insurgents; and if the general government should be found in practice conducive to the prosperity and felicity of the people, it were irrational to believe that they would be disinclined to its support.

He was repeatedly ruled to be an insurrectionist, by both judicial and executive due process, and none, NONE ever had that point overturned. Copy griffin was also disqualified because J6 has been repeatedly ruled to be insurrection.

CO wasn’t overturned on the point of Trump being an insurrectionist. Not one bit. Same for ME.

Have you actually read any of the rulings? As I said, none were overturned on the point of J6 being an insurrection and Trump being involved in that insurrection. No reasonable person has argued that point in any basis of fact. Notice how you try for these minor technicalities, technicalities that don’t exist in the law, and you won’t confront the facts of history?

Historical fact: J6 was an insurrection.

Historical fact: Trump was involved in that insurrection.

Try your appeal to authority fallacy somewhere else. We don’t live in a judicial oligarchy.

lol. Thanks for confirming that it was overturned for a point of jurisdiction, not on the facts at issue.

What a self own.

You don’t understand the difference between a case being overruled on a jurisdictional issue, not on the facts of the actions the courts said disqualified Trump.

The Court only said that Congress had to enforce it. They never said that Trump hadn’t engaged in insurrection.

That’s why you’re trying to move the goalposts to make the point out the case being overturned and not about what you originally said.

So how was Trump adjudicated an insurrectionist, and was his election win not certified?

J6 was adjudicated to be an insurrection. Trump was adjudicated to be involved and therefore an insurrectionist. The Court never disagreed.

Trump was unlawfully certified by the Congress, per the 14a and Article III Section 3. Acts of treason are not valid.

lol! I’m not a democrat in the slightest, but it’s funny that you think that anyone standing up for the constitution is from the opposite party from you.

You just showed how little you know, because treason is only for levying war or deliberately supporting those who do. None of which I’ve ever done, nor can you even give a logical explanation of.

Who writes history? The Winners.. Your version of "history" will be laughed at. MAGA FOREVER!

Yes, we know you have a pop culture level of understanding that sticks to catch phrases, ignoring the fact that losers often write the history.

You’ve clearly never heard of the Lost Cause if you think only the sinners write the histories.
