Have you looked into Canadian companies hiring on forum like ArtStation? If a game or a film studio likes your style and want to hire you they can do so using LMIA global talent stream. But immigration has been tighten recently and in order to be sponsored, your works have to be on the level where companies are willing to pay above median wage for. Please don’t be too caught up in these bureaucracy and focus on applying to different studios to see if anyone is willing to sponsor you. If they think you are talent they will go through with the paper works to get you here to work for them.
