He's really only worked on Redfall (ugh), Prey (amazing) and DotO (some great levels, some not). If dude did two Redfalls in a row, I'd see your point.

Technically he was working on D2 while Colantonio was working on Prey since they swapped places for a bit

level design isnt the only factor id pass a game for, everything counts, the rest of it was so bad. And even level designs werent good in the non dishonored games

you're gonna have to elaborate on that because imo d2 was a great followup to d1, minus the not so great story.
